Returning to Ultimate (Frisbee): Cutting

Part 1 of my several part series on returning to play ultimate frisbee. In this first part, I will discuss 3 important things you can do to start working on cutting and adding it to your training.

This is a simple episode for those who are literally just getting into shape to play. I play AUDL ultimate for the Pittsburgh Thunderbirds and these are the things I worked on to get myself ready to even play pick up before AUDL ramped up.
