30min Run, 30min Lift. Here's what to do

Often, we are limited on time with how much we can spend training. There are many times when we just have an hour but have to check multiple boxes.

Here are my go to lifting exercises when I only have time to get in a 2-4mi run + plus a 20-30min lift.
